Event Hosted by Carthage Hospital
Carthage Area Hospital is hosting a COVID vaccination clinic that is open to all eligible persons on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021 from 8am-3pm in the Hospital Conference Room, 1001 West St. Carthage. Attendees can sign up to receive either the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine.

Sign-ups are encouraged, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
Attendees can enter through the side entrance off West Street where the former Skilled Nursing Unit parking lot and current Physical/Occupational Therapy parking lot is located or the main entrance of the hospital. Attendees will be screened before entering the facility and must follow the latest hospital visitation guidelines which are located at the top of the hospital’s website, www.carthagehospital.com.
