Thank you for your recent interest of the MyCareCorner Support Hotline.  This premium service is now active and designed to provide our patients with a toll-free number to call for common MyCareCorner questions.

What Calls Can the Hotline Help With?

  • Password resets

  • MyCareCorner account deletion

  • Help connecting to third-party apps and health devices

  • Sharing records

  • Managing accounts

  • Accepting/troubleshooting MyCareCorner invitations

  • General bill payment questions(NOTE: These will be routed to the TruBridge Billing team. TruBridge Billing Service is required.)

  • MyCareCorner desktop and mobile app navigation

Please Note: Hotline personnel will NOT answer clinical questions (for example, “Why is my lab reading marked abnormal?”) or questions about specific health concerns. For clinical questions, please contact your provider directly.

 

How Can Patients Reach the Hotline?

Patients can access the support number from their invitation to MyCareCorner, or once registered, the “Get Help” button in the desktop and mobile app.

(for East and Central customers)

8AM-5PM Pacific Time

(for West Coast customers)

The service is closed on all CPSI holidays. Calls outside of business hours and on holidays will go to voicemail and be returned the next business day.
