Thea Bohannon, LMHC
Thea is a 2008 graduate of South Jefferson High School. She earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Jefferson Community College in 2010; a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Potsdam in 2012; and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego in 2014. Mrs. Bohannon completed internships at the middle school counseling office at Lowville Academy and Central School and Carthage Behavioral Health Clinic in the Upstate Area. Mrs. Bohannon uses a person-centered approach with interventions based on overall wellness, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Outside of work, Mrs. Bohannon enjoys attending concerts, spending time with her husband and family, camping, reading, and crafting.
