Carthage Area Hospital is pleased to offer a new healthy cooking class for children. Classes are taught by Registered Dietician Carly Draper and Dietary Director, Richard Fields. Each month, there is a featured topic and featured foods. This is a great opportunity for those looking to learn how to cook or even our young “foodies,” who are looking to expand their skills. Must be 12 years of age or older. Space is limited to 10 children per class.
