Kelly Kowalczyk, PT, DPT

Kelly S. Kowalczyk graduated from Ithaca College in 2000 with her Masters of Physical Therapy degree. She returned to school and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Upstate Medical University.  Kelly is a native of Carthage and has worked in a variety of practice settings in the area since beginning her career.  She currently sees patients on the in-patient floors and in the out-patient clinic.  She enjoys working with the pediatric cliental, however her wide range of past practices allow her to practice successfully with all age groups.   Kelly is a runner and hiker. She is working on a goal to attain 46 of the designated high peaks in the Adirondack Park.
