5th Annual Dueling Piano Show Set to Entertain Saturday, Oct. 7 - Carthage Area Hospital

Event Benefits Carthage Area Hospital Foundation, Promises Interactive Fun for All

 A fun-filled evening of live entertainment is on tap Saturday, Oct. 7, as the Carthage Area Hospital Foundation and Slack Chemical present the 5th annual Dueling Pianos Show at the Carthage Elks Lodge, 511 Fulton St.

The event kicks off with a social hour at 6:30 p.m. that includes a cash bar and complimentary heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by Chef Kyle Pleskach. The piano showdown begins at 7:30 p.m. with entertainers from Cutting Edge Dueling Pianos at the keys of two baby grand pianos.

Now in its fifth year, the event has gained popularity as an evening of first-rate family-friendly entertainment. The high-energy, sing-along show is a lively, interactive experience as pianists take audience requests and incorporate a wide range of musical tunes. All event proceeds — ticket sales, basket auctions, and sponsor donations — benefit the Carthage Area Hospital Foundation, which aids in capital investments to improve health care at Carthage Area Hospital.
