Rachel came on board in Fall 2011 as a Nurse Practitioner providing primary and acute care to the students of Edwards Knox Central School. Rachel, previously Phillips, grew up in St Lawrence county and attended the Edwards school from K-6 grade. Rachel received her MSN FNP from SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Health Professions. Previous to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she was a RN at EJ Noble Hospital. Rachel completed her student rotations with Andy LaFrance FNP, Dr. Baerthlein MD and Dr. Schuesslor MD. Rachel recently received National Board Certification from the National Association of Nurse Practitioners.

He completed a Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery at Pinnacle Health Hospitals.

Dr. Moon is ACLS & BLS certified. He is a member of the ASMBS, SAGES, American Osteopathic Association, New York State Osteopathic Medical Society and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
