SUPPORT The Foundation Facilities Meadowbrook Terrace Assisted Living Facility

The mission of the Foundation is to promote charitable gifts to ensure continued excellence in Community Healthcare.

The Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that the Carthage Area retains and maintains a local Hospital, which delivers quality, primary healthcare to members of the community. Financial donations to the Foundation directly support the needs of Carthage Area Hospital and are used to purchase new equipment, capital improvement support or earmarked for a particular department as specified by donors. All gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

The Carthage Area Hospital Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, charitable corporation with its own volunteer board of directors.

The Foundation encourages and coordinates charitable giving to support Carthage Area Hospital.

There are several ways people can help:

  1. through monetary gifts, memorials, scholarships, or endowments;
  2. through non-cash gifts like stocks, bonds, property, or bequests;
  3. through attending or supporting an event like our Golf Tournament or Comedy Night;
  4. coordinate a fundraiser on our behalf;
  5. contribute financially to our Annual Appeal;
  6. become an active volunteer.

Meadowbrook Terrace Assisted Living Facility

 

Meadowbrook Terrace opened its doors on Monday, February 18, 2013. Meadowbrook Terrace is located in a quiet, country setting and offers its residents everything you cherish – a sense of independence, freedom, privacy and peace-of-mind. We offer state of the art security with 24 hour supervision provided by our warm and friendly staff.

  • An elegant dining room with restaurant style dining is awaiting you. Our professional staff prepares a delicious menu of entrees for 3 meals a day! After that you can top it off with one of our spectacular deserts.
  • A beautiful courtyard awaits our residents. We have a patio area furnished with patio sets where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings, read a book or just relax with friends.
  • An exercise program will help keep you in shape. Our residents can participate in an exercise program designed by our physical therapy and activity staff to keep everyone on their toes.

Meadowbrook Terrace is located in Carthage, New York in a rural, country setting. It is a beautiful community setting designed reminiscent of a historic Carthage community several years ago. It features an indoor flowing brook and storefront vista.

Guest meals are available for a nominal fee for those occasions where friends and family would like to dine with residents.

 

Security:

Our facility offers 24 hours-a-day/ 7 days-a week supervision and security for our residents and staff. Every resident bedroom and bathroom are equipped with emergency call lights to alert staff in an emergency. These call lights are answered 24 hours a day by licensed nursing staff.
