The mission of the Foundation is to promote charitable gifts to ensure continued excellence in Community Healthcare.
The Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that the Carthage Area retains and maintains a local Hospital, which delivers quality, primary healthcare to members of the community. Financial donations to the Foundation directly support the needs of Carthage Area Hospital and are used to purchase new equipment, capital improvement support or earmarked for a particular department as specified by donors. All gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
The Carthage Area Hospital Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, charitable corporation with its own volunteer board of directors.
The Foundation encourages and coordinates charitable giving to support Carthage Area Hospital.
There are several ways people can help:
through monetary gifts, memorials, scholarships, or endowments;
through non-cash gifts like stocks, bonds, property, or bequests;
through attending or supporting an event like our Golf Tournament or Comedy Night;
The Carthage Area Hospital Foundation is pleased to introduce its new Executive Director, Brian Serota.
