Dr. Moon is a graduate of New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.He completed surgical residency at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served as General Surgeon and Chief Resident at Weil Medical College of Cornell University, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center .

He completed a Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery at Pinnacle Health Hospitals.

Dr. Moon is ACLS & BLS certified. He is a member of the ASMBS, SAGES, American Osteopathic Association, New York State Osteopathic Medical Society and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
