The Evans Mills Family Health Center began operations under Carthage Area Hospital in 2005 and serves people of all ages. We welcome you to be a part of our family-at this or any CAH Primary Care Network Center. Our staff provides your whole family with comprehensive health care services.
As Primary Care professionals, we treat injuries, diagnose illnesses and long-term conditions, provide regular well-child and well-adult check ups, immunizations, and offer hospital and outpatient care. These services are delivered in a caring, professional, and family-friendly environment that is sensitive to the diverse health care needs and challenges of our patients, while encouraging the development of strong healthy lives.
