The Carthage Area Behavioral Health Center, operated by Carthage Area Hospital, is designed to assist people with various emotional and psychiatric problems. We are located at 3 Bridge St. in the Carthage Area Hospital Professional Building.
Upon calling the clinic, or receiving a referral, your case will be assigned to the appropriate staff member. At the initial visit, the staff member will conduct an initial assessment and a plan for treatment will be discussed with the patient.

- Ages up to 17 years old. he started in June of 2010/ he was previously in Texas

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor M-F 10-6
- Sue also sees couples for marriage counseling
Debra Clark
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor - 8-4
- Debra also works 2 days a week at Guardino Elementary School/ Clayton seeing students there. 3 days at clinic
Debbie Simpson
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor - 8-4
- Debbie sees students at Carthage Middle and High School 2 days a week. and 3 days at the clinic
