The CAH Medical Office began operations on February 1, 2010 at the site of the former Carthage VA clinic and serves people of all ages. We welcome you to be a part of our family-at this or any CAH Primary Care Network Center. Our Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Director provide your whole family with comprehensive health care services
As Primary Care professionals, we treat injuries, diagnose illnesses and long-term conditions, provide regular well-child and well-adult check ups, immunizations, and offer hospital and outpatient care. These services are delivered in a caring, professional, and family-friendly environment that is sensitive to the diverse health care needs and challenges of our patients, while encouraging the development of strong healthy lives.

Also located at the CAH Medical Office is "CAH General/Bariatric Surgery Center" which opened in Fall of 2011. Dr. Taesun Moon is providing general surgery with bariatric care in the following months ahead.
